Eligible applicants must be enrolled for at least 3 credits and have completed a minimum of 24 credits at KVCC, with a minimum 3.0 GPA.  Applicants must be Michigan residents who are in their final year of a transfer program or have fewer than 36 credit hours remaining at KVCC.  Applicants must have definite plans to enroll for at least 6 credit hours at a 4-year academic institution within one year of graduation from KVCC.  Applicants should exhibit determination and tenacity in achieving their goals.  Documented need required.
