Eligible applicants must be at least 24 years of age at time of application and be an in-district, U.S. citizen.  Applicants must have completed a minimum of 12 credit hours at KVCC with a minimum 2.0 GPA, and be currently enrolled for a minimum of 6 credit hours.  Documented need required.
